16 oz can from Alaska. Thanks Lara! Pours crystal clear dark brown color with root beer highlights and with a small beige head. Decent retention. Good lacing. Almost no aroma. Clean and smooth with a light vanilla finish. Not as flavorful as a Breckenridge Vanilla Porter. A little thin for a porter too. Good, yet a little subdued.

16 oz can from Alaska. Thanks Lara! Pours a crystal clear darker gold color with no head or lacing. Almost no aroma too. Very smooth and clean cream ale flavor. Slightly sweet. Not grainy, like a lot of cream ales. Super mellow. Medium-light body. Lower than average carbonation. Not bitter. Easily repeatable. Good.

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of roasted malts with a bit of bourbon and a dark grain backbone. Flavor is roasted malt forward with a bit of dark grain, a hint of bitter chocolate and a touch of bourbon in the finish.

Growler pour, filled at HooDoo. Damn! Thanks, Wyatt! And welcome home. A darker, golden orange pour, thin fizz. Aroma is a touch juicy, complete with a bready malt backbone. Flavor is a steady caramel malt. Slight sweet side to it. Flavorful, and nails what I look for in a classic American IPA. Enjoyed this.

Sample from 2017 bottle #462/1150 during Blarney Wine Festival 2018 on 03/17/2018. The beer is a slightly cloudy chestnut color with a medium thin light beige head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, fruit, vanilla and caramel. Full-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit, whiskey and a touch of hops. The finish is boozy with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Wird irgendwie in Alaska gebraut, hat aber den Namen von der Bryce Canyon Region und dort hab ich es auch bekommen. Also gibt’s doch Alkohol über 4% in Utah. Worschd, ran ans Glas! Optisch kölschig, in der Nase malzig bräsig. Im Trunk leicht maischig, wässrig. Hinten leicht bitter. Kölsch will ich das eigentlich nicht nennen. Eher ein leichtes Pils. Geht schon.
