On tap at the Grand Canyon Winery. Pours a clear, pale yellow, with a big, frothy, white head. Strong cucumber aroma, with some rosemary, pine sap, and honey. Sweet and crisp. Light body, with a clean, watery feel. This is interesting, but not that tasty.

750ml pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up roasted malts, chocolate and then red wine infection roaming around in the background. The taste delivers some roasted malts, midly chocolate notes and then red wine funky tartness. The chocolate rides out into the finish and that's nice but the tart infection gets on the way.

Cloudy light amber color. Resiny hops, sweet citrus; the light vanilla reveals this is not very fresh. Solid body, good malt, not thick, sweet, toffee, and resiny hops.

Bottle - Caramel, light butterscotch and some citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Fruity tropical notes, citrus and some candy sweetness. Tremendous.

750 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with light to moderate head. Aromas of doughy malts, toffee, and muddled fruit. Flavors follow same with candied citrus and light pine. Lots of carbonation. Chewy. Very nice.

Amber and fairly hazy. This is really toasty, and a touch cheesy on the nose. Orangey, peachy, with a lot of malt, and a fair bit of alcohol as well. Tangerine hops.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, some vegetables, and bready malt. Flavour is big on the herbal hops, caramel malts, bready notes and a touch of vegetables. Nice enough balance, but there is a bit of sweat sock and boiled vegetable character. A bit old, so I'll be a little more generous here.

32oz growler pours with a clear copper body that has thin gold hued edges and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma oozes with factual aromatics but at the initial instant it seems pretty grassy and dank. A golden-comb-over later juicy notes of pineapple, guava, honey nuanced mango, honey dew and malts completely cover over the initial resiny pulse. The taste is pretty thick on the palate and loaded with mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew and perfectly ripe peach notes. Toward midway modest levels of resiny bitter hops join slivers of spicy grassy hop bitterness to help beat back the juicy onslaught. But the hop bitterness was doomed to fail from the beginning, much like a comb-over attempt, just cut it and END IT!! Solid big huge tremendous IIPA. Best beer ever brewed, trust me on this one.

32oz growler pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports a dirty white head. The aroma offers up cucumber and tannin smelling cucumber skin as well as thin whispers of sweet malts. The taste is similar with cucumber that leads into sweet malts and more cucumber that starts to pick up a bitter note. To midway the bitterness grows into vaguely bitter spicy hops. Pretty good but the malt sweetness interferes with the cucumber crispness that’s trying to happen here. Still pretty nice but less sweetness would help.

A deep dark porter with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light woody character, licorice notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, nice chocolate malt with light woody character, light bourbon barrel notes, a bit thin but overall, nice. On tap at brewery.
