A hazy orange beer with a collapsing beige head. The aroma is lightly sweet with fruity notes - especially oranges coming thru. The flavor is sweet, with some slight off-notes of diacethyl, but also some right notes of oranges, and with a dry bitter end.

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is quite hoppy and somewhat malty. The flavor is sweet with notes of toffee and caramel, and rather hoppy, which gives it a dry slightly bitter end. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky.

A pale yellow beer with a disappearing white head. I wonder if it is the slim glass it is sampled in, that gives it the pale yellow color. The aroms is sweet wheaty, and the flavor is sweet wheaty with light citrus notes. At the brewpub I was told it was a German Weizen, which it is not, so the listing here is the correct one, but it doesn’t have much spice for a Belgian Wit. I am disappointed.

Bright copper colour with a thin whisp of foam. Toffeeish, slightly whiskeyish malt aroma. Fairly rich malt palate - toffee, demerara, brown bread crust. Some alcoholic heat lends dryness. As with some of their other beers, however, the individual elements aren’t coming together. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that this batch was aged in whiskey barrels either.

Hazy amber colour. Sweet, brown sugary aroma. Rather sweet flavour, too. Lots of brown sugar stickiness and a hint of caramel. No idea what they’re aiming for but the end product is neither balanced nor focused.

Orangey-amber colour. Very spicy aroma with dashes of pale malts, dusty yeastiness and faint solventy phenols. Spritzy body helps out an otherwise very sweet beer loaded with top notes of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) and base spiciness. The spiciness, however, I found a little overwhelming at times and the sweetness too overt for my taste.

Very dark brown. Sweet chocolatey malts with faint roast overtones. Roasty barley tartness combines with a relatively thin body in a way unbecoming for a stout. Character is mainly roasty. Simple stuff.

Bright amber colour. Sweet brown sugar and caramel aroma with very restrained fruit. Kind of dry. Toasty flavour over top of a sticky sweetness. Not particularly cohesive, which is a must for a bitter.
