Description
Virginia Cider from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Here's proof that less is more.

We are a small, local Virginia cidery that started from a desire to craft something with our hands, a product of science and art. Our fruit comes directly from our orchard in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We press heritage apples and cool-ferment the juice to proper dry, and age for more than a year. Our ciders are authentic and simple; not to be confused with highly sweetened national brands you might find in your grocery store..

Some apple peel. Some apple. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Water texture and watery finish like Jari Kuri going for a swim. Bottle thanks to beastiefan.

Bottle at the main DC December gathering. Poured a very light yellow color, mostly clear, quickly dissipating white head. Aroma was apples, alcohol, light sweetness. Touch of spice in the flavor, with a semi-dry finish.
