Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy red/brown color, with a medium sized off-white head. Aromas were some light grain, sweet malts. Flavor was light, sweet cereal grains, nice malt, some light earthy hops. ABV is well hidden in this, a pretty darn smooth beer.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours a clear orange with a ring of white head. Nose is so classic, pine, soap, orange, a little white grape. Flavor is spot on, crisp citrus, malt backbone is there too, orange, lime. Lightly bitter, crisp, refreshing finish. The best of the single hop IPAs.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber with a ring of off white head. Nose is nice, candy, orange, clove, malt, some caramel. Flavor is well balanced, sweet candy, malt, treacle, nice citrus punch. Clean finish. Scary easy to drink for a beer that’s 9%. Not a standard abbey ale.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours a hazy, burnt orange with a ring of white head. Fruity nose, orange, clove, bubblegum. Flavor is peppery, candy, clove, malt, cracker, soap Peppery finish. Could have passed for a dunkel. The weizen yeast is the dominant force for better or worse.
