van fles @The Amsterdam Beerfair 2016, 500ml, 7/5%, gouden met simpele witte kraag,aroma en smaken van appels, sprankelend, net als de court royal proeft deze alsof het allemaal van één appelsoort komt, mist wat complexiteit, hout, zoet, zure appels, gaat.

Bottle, should be 2016 vintage, 7% ABV (from Siidrimaja). Pours hazy golden with whitesh head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is sour, apples, some vanilla. Flavor is sour and sweet, apples, some acidity and weird candy like notes. Feels fullish and covers alcohol well. Overall: ok-ish, not really as dry as expected by name/decription, more in med-sweet category for me. Would like it to me more dry as the name says.

Bottle (from siidrimaja). Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, apple, some sourness. Flavor is sweet and bitter, dry, sourness, apples, some minerals. Finish is sour, bitter, dryness. with slight booze. Carbonation is rather high. Overall: good, reminds old rosie.

Sample from Mycider. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and wood. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 150816

Bottle. Small head with short suration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, barnyard and has a nice fruity finish.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel.nl, BB 26/5/17, large sample. Clear yellow to golden color, short bubbly head. Aroma of dry apple, oak, cork, slight funk. Dry in taste, apple, wood, bit farmhouse funk. Decent stuff, but nothing spectacular.
