250ml bottle in Pays Basque after completing the French Divide. Pale golden yellow, sparkling. A little thin and dry.. soft gentle apple glimpses, rustic touch, with some mild funk moments. Ok.

(Bottle, vintage 2015, 5.5%) Pale amber colour with big, but quickly disappearing, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with apples, orange, honey, oak wood and a touch of clove. Fruity, spicy, tart taste with notes of apples, apple skin, citrus peel, honey, oak wood, clove, a touch of funk and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Tasty and complex, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity nose with apples, pears, hay, orange and a touch of yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, pears, hay, spices, lemon, a touch of funk and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing with a fresh, yeasty acidity. Solid and well made French cider. Very nice.

Bottle@SBWF2013. Slightly hazy golden colour with a minor quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is some funk, mild sweet apple juice with some caramel and a bit wooden tones. Flavour is dry wooden, some sweet apple juice, mild tartish green apple skins with some slight funk to it.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy light golden with small white head. Funky apple, also quite some pear, mineral, dank cellar funk, grassy notes, pear skins. Light sweet and tart, almost medium bitter. Medium bodied, over medium dry. Quite nice.
