Description

Hazy salmon pink colour with soapy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of sweet and sour raspberries. Light bitter hops too.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear amber-ish color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is ok, indeed raspberry fruity a bit. Flavor though, not what I'd hoped. An unpleasant tart-bitter, dry, yoghurt sourish. Has nothing to do with a DIPA imo. Not flavor wise anyway. Bleh.

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Super murky dull pink with not much of a head. Guava, light berries, soft strawberry, dank hops, light flowery, soft alcohol, gooseberries. Medium sweet, sour and bitter. Over medium bodied.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden orangy color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, some herbs or spices, sweetish and somewhat bitter at the same time. Average body, firm carbonation. No flaws but one of so so many and frankly not really my kind of beer.

0.33 l bottle from ’De Bierboutique’, bottled in August 2016. Clear, very dark red with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, raisins and some nuts. Quite sweet, malty and a bit fruity taste of caramel, nuts and some raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and a bit yeasty finish. Medium body, slightly oily and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad, just a bit one-dimensional.
