Foamy white head left a froth on a hazy vivid gold body. Sour, floral & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, foamed in the mouth with a dry clean back. Bitter citrus, pithy, lemon & tart tastes with a sour finish. I'm not a sours fan but this is well brewed.

Pours a hazy, golden-mustard color, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma is a very ripe, almost rotting, tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor is a combination of juicy tropical fruit and citrus, with some breadiness, a fairly sweet mid-section, and a slight touch of hoppy bitterness in the finish.

12 oz. can dated 2-20-19. The foam has really kicked up, largely owing to the fact that I, um, dropped the can just before opening it. But I managed to avoid a gusher. As the foam settled, I picked up a tropical fruit nose, partly pineapple and mango, after an initial light hop grassiness. Gold color with just a little bit of haze under the foam. Taste is embraceable. A standard IPA bitterness with that touch of tropical fruit that would mark American hops. Pretty sticky malts to pair off against the hop bill. Slightly bigger than a session beer, but it still finds balance.
