Draft. A- Mild cherry, mild apple. A- Dark red color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Cherry, apple, semi-sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A solid cherry flavor. Not as sweet I would like but tasted like a cherry apple juice blend. Would like a bit of tartness as well. Decent enough.

Super dark brown coloured body with a slightly opaque (around fifty per cent) body that has some black tints, but a thinnish, single centimetre tall rich brown head that fades relatively quickly, with a thin lace on the sides as it fades. Aroma of deep roasted malts, oatmeal, anise and especially chocolate scents with a lot of vanilla and fairly strong nuttiness, but the roasted malts here are very nice and not too pungent. Full-bodied; Super strong and rich malts dominate here with a lot of oatmeal, a good deal of grain, bunches or rich nuttiness and coffee with also a good deal of chocolate and vanilla. Aftertaste shows a lot of creamy notes with some lactose still noticeable, but the vanilla, chocolate and especially nutty flavours dominate here with a nice layer of richness that is smooth, yet flavourful. Overall, a very nice beer with still a lot of flavour, yet a smooth finish that shows a lot of vanilla, lactose and earthy notes, but still a noticeable amount of alcohol, coffee and bitterness is still here. Overall, this is a very nice beer, while still showing a lot of flavours, the robust nature and still easy-drinking qualities remain, and while I kept this for a bit more than 3 years, this seemed about right, it could have probably been okay (and perhaps better?!?) for another two or three years. I sampled this 65 cL bottle, purchased from Hy-Vee in Omaha (5150 Carter), Nebraska on 05-February-2018 for US$11,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 19-March-2021.

12oz can pours a translucent orange with a three finger cap of white head. Nose has grapefruit and soap, honey, herbs. Nose is decidedly old school. A little crackery even. Flavor hits with the bitterness, raw orange and grapefruit, some piney character now, grass, straw. A little tropical fruit lurks, but this isn't trying to be new money. Finishes medium bodied, bitter.

Draft. A- Peach. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Peach, mild gummies. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Light peach gummy flavor that was actually pretty natural tasting. Refreshing too. Not one to think too much about but has the ability to be drank easily on a summer or fall day. Even the wife liked this one. Not bad at all.

Draft. A- Weak, corn. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Corn, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Not bad. A typical Midwest pils though. Not terribly crisp or flavorful. A really weak and boring beer truth be told.

Draft. A- Clove, nutmeg, gourds. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Cinnamon, nutmeg, mild vanilla, yams. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A fairly good job at emulating a pumpkin pie. I think I like the chocolate version better but this is just find. A nice balance of pumpkin and spice flavor.

Draft. A- Blackberry. A- Dark cola color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Blackberry, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- A bit artificial tasting but it's not, it's just the nature of the beer. Not as sweet or unbalanced as I thought it would be. If you like blackberry this drinks just fine. A typical fruited wheat beer.
