From a 22 oz bottle at the WWWW RB tasting. it is a clear amber with a slight head the aroma is slight chili smell and the taste is a hot chili spice with a counterbalance of citrus which saves it from too much heat.

Bottle. Clear yellow gold. Aroma of pepper flesh. Taste has more pepper than heat, but it’s OK.

22oz bomber, label stated hatch chile IPA, pours with a slightly hazy pure gold body that supports a nice looking white head of foam. The aroma pulses with fresh chile pepper meat to go along with lighter amounts of citrus hops and peppery burn. The taste doesn’t mess around as it gets right into firm chile pepper meaty notes where it builds into only a moderate warming burn. Toward the finish some citrus hoppiness bubbles to the surface and then lingers well into the after taste to add a welcome facet to the chile pepper dominated experience. Nice brew particularly if your in the mood for some chile pepper with a modest degree of heat. I like it but a bit more hops would add to the balance and enjoyment of this.

22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a dirty white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up inviting citrusy tangelo, grapefruit and tangerine as well as some subtle sweet maltiness in the background. The taste begins punchy and fresh with bitter tangelo and grapefruit citrus hoppiness thinly ringed by citrus hop juiciness. To midway it deepens with increased hoppy richness and slightly more sweet malts. Dang. This is pretty solid. I’ll do this again anytime.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brn/blk with a dark tan head. Smells like marshmallows with a chocolate undernote. Med body at least. Flavor is sort of marshmallow, with notes of chocolate and dark malt. Thins with time. It is definitely far from dry, but it’s still very tasty. Never had one quite like this.
