Pour is a black with a small tight tan head. Aroma is a sweet chocolate and big marshmallow and cocoa nibs. Flavor is chocolate and marshmallow with a silky smoothness but also a noticeable alcohol. It’s as advertised. A sweet lactose chocolate stout with a noticeable marshmallow. A bit to much warming booze at the end but this is pretty flavorful.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is vary berry with little or no clove of banana coming off the beer. Flavor is again a berry with no real aftertaste after the swallow. This was just a fruit flavored wheat beer and the fruit did not really stand out that much. The fruit was not indefinable as mango it was just some berry type flavor.

Bottle sample at a dessert beer tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of marshmallow, vanilla, milk chocolate. Sweet flavor, a bit cloying, with chocolate, lots of vanilla, milk, mocha, and a light sourish touch. Medium-bodied. Decent, but the sweetness is a bit over the top.

Bottle. Pours clear black, medium beige head, dissipates leaving a ring and some lacing. Aroma is cocoa, lactose sugars, marshmallow. Flavor is pretty sweet, light bitter, lactose, chocolate milk, marshmallows. Medium body, lightly acidic. Interesting.

On tap at Garage. It pours a dark brown color with a light tan head. The aroma is huge toasted marshmallow with not much else. Very sweet smelling. The flavor is almost root beer like with some sweet toasted marshmallow. Very sweet and relatively light bodied. Sasparilla and cream soda in the finish. Ok.

On tap at Garage. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The aroma is hints of spice, caramel and citrusy hops. Little toasty malt in the background. The flavor is a little piney and citrusy with hints of caramel and lightly toasted malt. Decent. Nothing really exciting. Just ok I guess.

On tap at Garage. It pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is pretty strong with mango. Very tropical. Not much hefe yeast coming through. The flavor is also a mango bomb. Lots of tropical mango, watery on the palate and some background notes of wheat. No German yeast at all. Really just a fruit beer. Ok.

On tap at Garage. It pours a clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma is nice pale malt, lemongrass, hint of florals. Flavor is similarly nice with some lemongrass and fresh grains. Good pale maltiness. Grainy, floral finish. Medium bodied for the style. Good. Very clean.

22 oz bottle poured into a Bruery tulip. Black with a finger of light tan head. Aromas of marshmallow, milk chocolate, slight roast. Tastes of sweet milk, milk chocolate, cream, marshmallow. Medium body with a dry finish. Quite rich and sweet.

Bomber shared at the WWWW Mid Atlantic Summer Beer Tasting. Hatch version. Clear golden, medium sized fizzy white head, decent retention. Aroma of fresh green peppers, pale malt, pine, mild citrus. The taste is pale malt, peppers mild citrus. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.
