20th Dec 2017 saw my second visit to the Garage Brewpub, two Flights and a couple of 9 oz pours were drank before retiring.This was on my first Flight (5 oz pours). Deep amber body, off-white/beige head. Malty molasses rule the roost here, caramel and toffee esters in the nose, same two malty flavours in the taste, light saltiness late in the mouth.

20th Dec 2017 saw my second visit to the Garage Brewpub, two Flights and a couple of 9 oz pours managed to refresh me enough to walk back into Old Town Temecula via the Aftershock Brewery. This beer was on my first Flight of the day. Clear golden pour, off-white topping. Light chili aroma and taste, hoppy rather than malty, some orange/citrus action flavour wise. Pleased it was a mild chili beer to be honest.

Bomber from CraftShack. Pours brown with a creamy/bubbly tan head. Aroma of caramel/treacle. A sort of dusty/hoppy aspect. Med ++ body. Flavor is treacly caramel. Very brown sugar. Not dry, but there's some sort of hop rendering it bitter enough to balance. Something related to barley wine. Somewhat mouth smacking. Very nice ale.
