Bottled August 16th 2016. 22 ounce bottle.

Pours a clear gold with an average head of foam, above average lacing.

Smells like. .a bunch of lime juice squirted into a beer. A hoppy beer. An IPA.

Lime highlights the initial taste and stays throughout. A plus to the very enjoyable hop presence. Not bitter at all; the lime lingers near eternally and that’s why I love it. A very pleasant break from grapefruit/pine/grass.

Can. Black pour. Delicious aroma of smooth marshmallows, mocha cream and milk chocolate. Taste has soft sweet marshmallows, milk chocolate, mocha, cream and some caramelised malt. Nice dessert beer.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Light orange zest aroma. Near med body. Vanilla is strong and the orange goes with it. I’m thinking of those old ice cream bars that were orange outside and vanilla inside. Weird in a way. It’s not my favorite flavor combo, prefer my vanilla in a BBA beer, but it is drinkable. Think they accomplished the intent.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Blood orange aroma. Light caramel in background. Med body. Flavor is clearly blood orange with light caramel support. It’s suggesting fresh (tho non-acidic) juice. Finish is quite decently bitter; pretty dry. Nice stuff.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours gold with a white head. A rather ginger snap aroma. Dry; not moist. Med body or nearly. Flavor is ginger, and it is rather like ginger snap cookie, with some lemon/citrus blending in. It’s pretty dry; not very bitter. Ginger is very strong, but there’s enough to supply something to make up for the lack in bitterness. I like ginger in beer; this one is nothing I’m enthused about. But I like ginger in beer.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a transient white head. Aroma is clean - mostly pale malt - but a hint of hop. Med body. Flavor is very hoppy to me - noble stuff. Although it made me think lemongrass at first. Indeed it is not very bitter, but it is hopped nicely for a light beer. Bitter enough to avoid the drain. Guess the difference between this and a pale thing like Bud is the hop level. Not that the flavors are super strong, but the hop is strong enough. Waffle. Waffle. Not a lot of hop; not super strong hop flavor. But enough to make this drinkable.
