Pour is a dark mahogany with a average white head. Aroma is toasted wheat bread. Flavor is more toasted grain with just the right amount of sweetness. A little toffee is left on the tongue as this goes down. This was a well made vienna. The right mix of sweetness and toaste malt.

16oz can. Not a smoothie. Just a syrupy extract sour....kinda weak. Vanilla is distant, as to not cover the blueberry I guess. A pretty lackluster affair, not impressive in any way. Sort of embarrassing to drink.

Pour is a dark bronze with a huge white head. Aroma is a super sweet malt. Flavor is more of a super sweet malt with a small bitter finish. A little too sweet to be really enjoyable.

Bottle (well out of date) from Craft Beer Oasis, Crewe – drank at home. Ooh ! Tons and tons of froth on this one ! When it finally dies down you’re left with a murky orange-brown pour with an off-white head. The aroma is mainly old school hops and chunky orange peel, but with some sweet candy underneath. In the mouth it has an oily texture with loads of hoppy bitterness. Flavours too of marmalade, ginger and pine. Finish is also bitter and sticky (in a good way). After an unpromising start, this is great – love all the bitterness !

Pint can from Deli Lama, 10/23/22. Hazy orange, large rocky off-white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, mustard, earth. Taste is stone fruit, strawberry, bready malt, candi sugar, yeast. Hints of booze. Thin. Nice overall. New brewery! Brewery #2125, USA #1720, Illinois #81.

Ever so slightly hazy deep copper and bronze coloured body with a large, thick, six to seven centimetre tall, perfectly microfoamed tan head that caps up the 25% opaque copper glow. Aroma of crisp, grapefruity, grassy and slightly resinous hops with a lot of bitterness, malt and even sugars noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Crisp, citrusey flavours show at first with a fresh squeezed, orange-juice, grapefruit rind, tangerines and even some tart lemon noticeable here, with a subdued malt backbone that shows a lot less strong than it initially seems from the nose, with a deep floral bite and only a hint of sugars towards the end, too. Aftertaste is crisp of course, with the citrus and especially the hop profile, but this is a bit off in balance, due to the light hit of malts - this shows as almost a crisp APA given how little alcohol there appears to be, as well. Overall, a super easy-drinking, crisp, bright IPA-ish beer that feels like an APA!?! but almost registers as an Imperial IPA. Great to try fresh from Michigan and would be looking for more from the brewery on my next trip back up home. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Siciliano's Market in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 03-August-2021 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 13-September-2021.

16 oz. can sent in February for my comment. A nice warm Imperial stout nose, alcohol in unashamed here. Tan parfait layer of foam that dwindles to just a ring around the glass quickly. I can smell a nice chocolate and coffee roast along with the alcohol warmth. Taste is a little roastier than one might like. I can see some time in a barrel may smooth it out nicely. Sips very easily, though. Some sour cherry comes in a further down the can. I admit I've stuck so many imperial beers in my cellar and found they sometimes go stale, so it's informative to get one reasonably fresh.

16 oz. can sent by Church Street. Not a full-on assault of hops in the nose, but still a warming pine, resin and pineapple nose. Hazy yellow beer, looks almost dark as I pour it in my basement writers studio at night. Taste tries to be more of an exemplar of the style than an outlier. As such, the hops are working nicely with some chewy malts, and warming alcohol. The lactose gives it enough extra sweetness to almost but not quite match the hoppiness. Even in the summer heat it's a nice sipper.

16 oz. can sent by Church Street for my comment. Poured into a narrow Stenge glass, per style. There's a gold, hazy beer, probably from bits of fruit. Big head that dwindles to leave nice lace around the side. The nose has plenty of that passion fruit too, to go along with a usually delicate kölsch nose. Liking the taste just for the unusual passion fruit addition. It gives the beer a little tartness, and it may kind of overwhelm the light Kölsch malt profile, but I'm okay with that.

16 oz. can sent by Church Street for my comment. First off, I notice the tab on the cans has been a little tight, suggesting a secondary ferment might have driven the inside pressure up a bit. But no gushers so far. A nice hit of pine and resin, with stone fruit, hits my nose when I do pop the tab. The pour is hazy as expected, under a sudsy head that can rise up a little above the rim of the glass. I expected a bit of sweetness from the lactose, but it's overcome by the bitter hit of hops. Now I can catch some mango as I sip further down. The usual pine and resin are rather subdued for an IPA, letting some of the fruity hops stay up front. Light malts make this end with a nice, dry finish.
