Tasted from can at Goldfinger.
Reddish pour from the can. Smell is like a Jolly Rancher, but kind of creamy. Taste is actually pretty tart, yet dry. I don't know that much about prickly pear, except that it's a cactus too. But it may have given this flavor even without being in a sour beer. Vanilla as part of the package keeps it creamy.

Taster from can with Church Street brewmaster. Not as cloudy as the style description might suggest. Slightly deeper golden pour from can. Smell of yeast, a bit of fresh cut hay. Taste is nicely “chewy”, work Underworld malts and a light hop load. Big filling finish.

Taster pour from can with Church Street brewmaster. Typical golden pills color, a bit of white lacing. They didn't rinse the glass after the prickly pear, so I get a bit of that in the nose. 4.8%. Of course it's nice and smooth: tinge of lemon zest perhaps.

Golden colour, tiny white head. Fruity, spicey aroma. Light-bodied. Belgian yeast esters, some spices. Very easy. At Fiala Brothers.

Can, from the brewery. Pours opaque dark brown with a small frothy tan head, coffee aroma laced with strong spirits, low carbonation, semibitter coffee taste with strong alcohol overtones, smooth body, long coffee finish with alcohol aftertaste. Quite boozy.

Can. A- Lemon pie filling, meringue. A- Golden orange color, slightly hazy liquid, minimal white head. T- Lemon cream pie, sour. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, tart finish. O- Several sours available that I wanted to choose from. Picked this over the tropical guava and the blueberry cream. This tasted like a lemon meringue pie, albiet a rather sour one. Really nice beer and not a smoothie style either which is appreciated. Good flavor, loads of lemon and vanilla cream. Smells and tastes like the sauce I like on Lemon Chicken from my local Chinese joint. Delicious stuff, wish I'd gotten the others now.

Pour is a dark ruby red with a large tan head. Aroma is a nice slight roasted nut with some bitter bakers chocolate. Flavor is ashy malt with slight mineral lager note. Aroma was better than the flavor but this was a spot on Czech dark.

Pour is typical hazy ipa yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is some pear and white grape. Flavor is more pear maybe even some raisin. Very thin and a little bitterness on the end. Ok session ipa.
