Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy ruby red with a frothy pinkish white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and fruity with wheat crackers, cereal, currants, blackberries, elderberries, yoghurt, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity with crackers, raspberries, red currants, elderberries, yoghurt, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is sparkling, dry, tart, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, currants, yoghurt, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Not sure what red berries are used but they leave a distinct currant/raspberry/blackberry/elderberry presence in the beer. Refreshing and flavourful for the low abv. Well done!

Bigger Copenhagen bimble with Colin and Reuben. Fermentoren. Keg. Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry and minerally crisp. Strong pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Mild tartness and a trace of lemon. Dry crisp finish. A very fruity Berliner and most satisfying.
