About
We are Fyne Ales, a family-owned Scottish farm brewery. When our brewery was founded in 2001, the goal was not only to make the best quality beer, but to bring jobs, industry and tourism to our community and our quiet corner of rural Scotland. We’ve continued brewing in this spirit ever since. Drawing water from the hills and brewing in converted farm buildings, we create modern, ambitious and progressive beers in a wide variety of styles.

Keg at The Raven pub in Glasgow. Blonde with a carbonation and a creamy-frothy head. Not blessed with huge amounts of flavour, some dry hoppiness, but clean and crisp.

Cask. Slightly hazy red colour, with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral and spicy hops with some caramel, nutty tones and some slight yeasty tones. Flavour is yeasty, some caramelly, nutty and mild spicy and toffeeish tones. Would have been nicer without the yeast. Finals of the cask?

Bottled@HBF2019 (thanks FatPhil!). Golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, citrusy with some mild herbal tones. Flavour is grains, some floral bitterness, fruits, citrus and also some herbal and nettle tones to it. Nice lingering bitterness.
