Sampled at the Settlement. Bright hazy yellow with weak head retention. Aroma is nice: Pils malt, floral hops with a mild earthy pine.
I complaint the Brewer, no alcohol found in the version. Floral hops and a earthy pine provide a nice level of flavor. Bitterness is moderate and lingers for just a short duration. This is a tasty brew, well made.

Sampled at the Settlement. Hazy golden / orange color, thin head. Aroma shows mild fruity Belgain yeast, sugar and rock candy.
The flavor is that of the aroma and a nice representative of the style. Fruity yeast is the dominant character with rock candy and notes of leather in the finish. Medium body with a fleeting yeast finish.

Sample at the source. Clear yellow, thin white head. Aroma is very nice mild Mosiac, grass, green onion, danky hints.
The flavor is the same as the aroma with a mild lingering dank hops. Bitterness is mild with a crisp aftertaste. The hop is profiled nicely, well done this brew.

Draft at the Settlement. Bright gold in color, thin lasting head. Nose is a combination of bright citrus, grass and light resin hops.
Flavor has a nice pale grain base with the hop profile really nicely constructed. Grass, resin and some nice citrus notes. Bitterness is lingering after the sip with a very mellow bite. Medium body with normal carbonation. This is a nice everyday IPA that isn’t an overdone hop bomb. I love the hop combination, tasty.

Draft at the source. Lightly hazy amber/ orange in color, thin white head. Aroma shows me Leafy green hops with a very subdued Belgian yeast strain.
Earthy hop profile, leafy green hops with the yeast trying to break through the flavor. Somewhat balanced, more balanced then other examples of this hybrid style I have sampled. Hop forward and the yeast is overpowered by it. Nicely drinkable.

Draft at the source. Amber / light brown in color, nearly no head. Aroma is very light yeast and hints of stale malts. The style itself is very simple. This has a thinner / lighter body with mild stale malts and weak yeast. Simple and straightforward.

Nitro at the source. Full lasting off white head on the pitch black liquid. Aroma is bitter roast, coffee grounds and mild chocolate. Flavor follows the aroma. Mouthfeel is creamy from the Nitro. Nice and creamy. This is exactly as it should be.

Sampled at the Settlement. Very light brown color that has pretty nice clarity. Aroma is mild amounts of caramel, dried fruits, light Belgian yeast.
Flavor is pretty much to the style guidelines with no hop bitterness. Alcohol is not found with the yeast being restrained but still the focal point of the brew. Weak traces of toffee and weak dark fruits. Lighter side of medium body with an average carbonation level.

Draft at the source. Deep clear golden color with some minor head retention with frothy head. Aroma is grain, light yeast .
Flavor is raw grain without any kind of hop to provide a balance to the sweet grain. Body is rather thin but thankfully not watery. Short lived aftertaste. Surprising level of malt flavor given the deep golden color. I think with a slightly more present hop profile would do wonders for the overall build of this brew. I understand there could be slight batch variations as well.
