Murky orange with a small head. Tart apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Long finish. Medium body.

Hazy amber. Aroma of cinnamon and apples, some cider. Taste has apple pie, cinnamon, some lingering spice and nutmeg. Palate has much of the same, otherwise plain. Dry. Good for a cider.

Medicinal antiseptic pear nose. Cloudy orange. Sweet and musty apple, coriander, tangy orange on the edges. Medium body, easy carbonation. Oddly phenolic, but I quite like it.
