Pours a hazy lemon yellow from a tap, grapefruit aroma and flavor, not much apple coming through. Dry, somewhat like a grapefruit radler. Not overly tart. Okay cider.

Light, hay-golden, bubbly, mostly clear.
Nose is light, apple-forward with fairly well-restrained adjuncts. Ginger is definitely noticeable but doesn't dominate, nor does it seem sugary or immensely fruit-forward (either apple or lemon). No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's very light, spritzy, soft, watery and full of light ginger and sweet, yellow apple notes. Apple sugars and ginger flavor linger on the finish. I don't know, it's light and fairly drinkable but probably a bit sweet and basic.

Good mix of fairly authentic, though somewhat "sweet" pineapple and apple in the nose, with soft vanilla, fresh yeast mineral and no alcohol or flaw.
Good sweet/dry balance with lots of real, fresh-tasting pineapple. Fairly spritzy, ample carbonation with a soft, if slightly watery texture. I'm still up-in-the-air about this Cidery. Obviously it's the New American-style cider, which in general I think is awful, but these guys do it pretty well, for what it's worth. Even if this tends sweet, it's not syrupy, fake or cloying.

Pours an opaque golden from a can. Cinnamon and apple aroma, somewhat apple pie-y, similar flavor. Not picking up on any pumpkin. Good cider.

Pours a nice cloudy light apple juice color from a can. Aroma is interesting, funky, even a little light mold like a cheese rind or something. Flavor is a little less nuanced, a mostly sweet apple with a light funk in the background. Overall, would have preferred drier and a little funkier to make this be a really interesting cider. Good cider.

Pours a hazy pink grapefruit juice color from a can, apple aroma. Flavor is a sweet apple and slightly tart cranberry blend, a bit o honey in there as well. Okay cider.

12 oz can. Cloudy apple juice colored pour with no head or lacing. Taste is tart granny smith apples, bordering on sour, with a very dry finish. Too dry for me.
