Can from City Swiggers. Better then average cider selection here. Tulip pour. Unusual sea foam head that takes a little bit to dissipate. Murky mellow gold body, carbonated. Smells softly of cinnamon, nutmeg & lactose sweetness. Eating apples. Smells like apple pie a la mode. Feel is soft & creamy. Faintly carbonated(maybe from sitting in my fridge for months?). Taste is more & more like a la mode. The taste of melted vanilla ice cream & runny apples mixing together on the plate. A little hint of yeasty crust at the end. Barely a nip from the 6.5% abv. This is of course sweet, but expecting that, it is a nice holiday treat without being too blatant with the spice.
