Bottle. Amber color. Orange marmelade and gingery notes in the aroma. Sour flavor with grapefruit, tangerine, marmelade. Gingery. Possible infection? It doesn’t hurt the beer too much.

Bottle, thanks Maakun! Maltaroma with traubenzucker and soft champagne notes. Malty sweet, floral, vinous flavor. Grapes, champagne. Very little carbon. Interesting, full bodied, but limited and needs further work.

Groe fles, gedronken met dank aan Maakun! Diep donkerbruine kleur.
