Bottle 0,75 ltr: Very dark brown coloured brew with an sweet bitter with some dryness and slightly slightly burning because of the alcohol. Notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, fruitiness, vanilla, honey and some peat.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 22.04.2028) im 2024-09 getrunken. Dieses schwarze Sour hat eine wunderbare Balance zwischen den Kirsch und Crème brûlée Aromen. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden, die Säure ist eher schwach und der kräftige Körper sorgt für einen langen Abgang.

Fles meegebracht door Bart uit zuid-Holland. Goudgeel helder bier met matig schuim dat snel wegtrekt. Aroma is hoppig en fruitig. Smaak is fris, fruitig en licht hoppig. Nasmaak is is iets bitter.

Bottle. Dark amber. Oxidized sweet malts, honey, dried stone fruits, light herbal. Quite sweet but also over medium bitter. Full bodied. Better than the other bottle I've had.

Bottle shared past beat before date. Amber. Sugary malts, apple, alcohol, figs, light spices. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Boozy and a bit vegetal but not bad.

Bottle at Bird Flower. Hazy amber, bit of a gusher. Bread crust, caramel, toffee, alcohol, biscuits, quite some green weedy hops but also light floral notes and dried fruits. Solid medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.

Bottled. Ambery brown colour with a small white head. Aroma is malts, some wood, vanilla and ripe fruity tones. Flavour is bourbon, toffee, mild diacetyl as well as some grassy tones.
