Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours red-brown with a tight beige cream head. A pretty good-looking beer. Ashy roast in the nose, bit of earth. Sweet, some light roast, earthy bitterness, milk chocolate. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate roast to finish, some tobacco, sweet cocoa. Decent.

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours. Lear brown with a fine, creamy head. Pretty simple stuff, but a bit sweeter than most brown ales, which I actually like. Light dirt bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, toasty bread. Fine.

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours clear yellow with a filmy white head. Simple dough and cereal aroma, hints of straw. Light sweet flavor, basic doughy pale malts, white bread, biscuits, very little bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Simple pale, doughy malt finish, light hay, white bread. Really, really simple beer, but easy drinking.

Great American Beer Festival, 2012. It smells like southern France, reminds me of Provence with the smell of lavender in the air. Saison flavor with yeast, lightly sweet.
