We brew beers using only natural ingredients and source them from local farms whenever possible. Tennessee Brew Works is owned and operated by folks in Tennessee.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of grains and sweet bread with a hint of grass backing. Flavor has light flora and grass with grains and bread backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a creamy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice whiskey note with dark grains and a good amount of bitter roasted malts. Flavor combines whiskey and dark grains nicely with roasted malts and bitter chocolate supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma he notes of berries and light beer with Belgian yeast and grains supporting. Flavor actually has a decent amount of beet with some light spice and grains backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of clove with banana and earthy wheat underlying. Flavor has more of a sweet wheat and clove combination with some melon in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong cucumber and Belgian yeast presence with sweet grains and spice supporting. Flavor starts with strong cucumber but has a good amount of spice and some Belgian yeast growing through the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bitter citrus with touches of grass and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has bitter citrus throughout with a touch of grapefruit and grains underlying.

On tap at GABF 16'. Pours a clear copper with frothy beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is yeast, dark fruit, caramel. Medium body, caramel, raisin, light finish, good.
