Tap at Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Nice citrusy nose with lemon zest, pithy orange and grainy malt. Bitter and pithy on the palate. Quite dry, low malt. Not bad, but way to over attenuated.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottles on July 6, 2017, poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with medium/small white head. Aroma is esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is grainy, herbal hops, and some esters. I didn't enjoy their wheat beers.

Bottle at Robert’s Western World in Nashville. The beer pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a medium white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Spice, wheat and fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of floral wheat, coriander and malt. The finish is mildly spicy and wheaty. Average overall.

Not a bad quad, sweet and vinous with a hefty dose of oak on the back end. Starts fruity and bright, berry and red apple mixing with candi sugar and grainy malt. Grows boozy towards the back end, pinot and liquor heat accented by tons of woodsy oak and vanilla. Pour is okay, and the texture’s not quite right for a quad, but otherwise a good pint.
