Description
The Moab Brewery was founded in 1996 by John Borkoski (John is also the founder of a brewery in McCall, Idaho) and Dave Sabey (Dave appreciates a good beer anywhere!). Together with their partners, John and Dave have created an oasis in the desert. Moab Brewery is proud to be Moab’s only microbrewery. The beautiful and unique landscape in and around Moab provides inspiration for our fresh, hand-crafted ales.

From a 22 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper with an ecru head. Aroma of toffee. Flavors of toffee, caramel and butterscotch. Sweet and smooth finish.

From a 22 oz. bottle it is a cloudy golden color with a thick off white head. The Aroma is of of citrus and the taste is sweet candies orange and had a slight bitter finish and resonates orange fkavors

From a 22 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick off white head. Aroma of citrus peel. Flavors of candi sugar. Pretty darn tasty.

From a 16 oz. can. Pours a cloudy amber with a tan head. Aroma of grain and pine. Flavors of citrus and rye. Moderately bitter finish. Quite tasty.

Can - turbid gold - moderate head - somewhat watery - mildly husky grains - medium bitter - a tangy, lightly sour note on the back end - a bit of pepper and citrus finish - meh.

Can from the Layton state store. Dark orange with off-white head, medium body. Aroma of sweet malt and citrus. Rye predominates the taste, but there is also caramel and pine. The finish is grapefruit and pine, very nice.

On tap at Gordon Biersch SLC Airport, pours a clear pale copper with a small white head. Aroma and flavour is basically nothing. Completely watery and not even a hint of wheat. What's the point (even in Utah)?
