Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy and boomer0813. Pours with a hazed golden body and a small, fading white head. Aroma of corn, soil and honey. Taste is astringent, bitter with corn notes. Fizzy and dry. Very forgettable.

On tap and in bottle. Good IPA. Pours a clear orange with a light brown head that leaves great lacing and has good retention. Aroma is of citrus hops (Centennial and Williamete as far as I could tell). Taste is nice and hoppy, with a decent amount of balance. Water like mouthfeel, good levels of carbonation. I belive the brewer said after testing this was only 5.8%.

12oz bottle-pours a rich white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is husky/musty-sweet grain/light malt, some continental hops-lemon/grassy. Taste is husky/musty-sweet grain/light malt, some continental hops-lemon/grassy, with some bite although a metallic finish. Nice crisp medium body. OK carbonation. Thanks Russ Powell.

12oz bottle-pours a dissipating foamy light tan head and amber color. Aroma is medium malt/caramel/toffee, pine/resin. Taste is medium malt/caramel/toffee, pine/resin/herbal hops. Not quite my taste. Became less enjoyable as I progressed. Thanks Russ Powell. Reading the previous 2 raters comments, and knowing them to be good Americans, I must guess that I had a bottle with some issues. Rating stands, but would like to rerate.

Music City Brewer’s Fest 2008. Tall, thick off-white head over a dark brown body. Chocolate malt aroma. The flavor follows the aroma. A touch of roast malt bitterness. Smooth good full body.
