25cl, best before 06.2015. The beer starts smooth and fresh. Lots of floral but a bit mouldy hops. Smooth, easy to drink, hints of grain. Fresh smooth floral body. Hints of must. Interesting, but the dusty mould is a bit too much (but I think it depends on the hops used...).

750 ml. bottle from Willems & Zoon. Shared with people @ De Gollem. First time I came across one of these. Hazy brownish orange. Smell is light floral hops but there is also a lot of yeast. Taste is thick yeast, lightly moldy tasting, malt sweet, light herbs, overripe peach, caramel. Yeasty body; Far too Belgian for what it should be, drinks okay still.

Very limitedly produced hoppy beer from a 75 cl bottle. Thick, snow white, stable and moussy head over a hazy orange blonde beer. Aroma of fresh orange peel and red grapefruit, candied lemon, caramel, peach, white bread, banana, walnuts, bourbon and pineapple. Fruity onset, estery, peach and pineapple, caramelly malts, yeasty with soft and full mouthfeel, minerally carbonation, light sourishness, yeasty and leafy, peppery hop bitter finish of medium length. Very well balanced and enjoyable.

330ml bottle from Chez Marie, Ieper. Pours hazy deep amber with good white bubbly head. Aroma is light hop. Flavours appear quite muted, was really looking forward to this given De Plukker’s hop-growing background, but ironically that’s what it seemed to lack. Some malt, yeast and hay, but ultimately not a memorable beer.
