Sample, thanks to Kolschtrinker. Many thanks! Pours clear pale greenish yellow. Aroma is rather medicinal, similar to dentist mouthwash. Taste is dentist mouthwash, menthol, medicinal, no perry pear fruit to speak of. Very bizarre.

Danke an Erzengel. Muffiger, dunkel birniger Beginn. Ölige Konsistenz, wässriges Aroma. Wenig bis keine Würzigkeit. Meh.. 9/7/5/5/11/5

Many thanks to Rian for this 75cl bottle. Fruity nose of ripe fruity pears. The perry begins light and not very deep. Fruity pears there, but very thin, not a long aftertaste, fruity but very watery and thin. Sad. Easy to drink but not much pear aroma there. Hints of sweetish pears in the aftertaste.

Bottle courtesy of nimbleprop, nice palate cleanser! Crystal clear bright golden yellow color, champagne bubbles, edge head. Aroma of fresh fruit. Taste is dry, tart apples skins. Does the trick.

750ml bottle sampled at the DC Epic Sour Tasting. My pops picked this up for me at Russell Orchards in Ipswich. Pours a clear, light gold with a ring of white head. Scotch like legs. Nose has apple skins, some heavy butter, almost like butter sauteed green apples, a little briny, white grape. Flavor is tart, apple skins, a little cheesy, grass, white grape. Crisp finish. Strong offering.

From a bottle shared at the DC Epic Sour Beer Tasting. Thanks Nimbleprop! Pours a clear gold with a scant off white head. Delicate and champagne like, with a tart apple nose, but a surprisingly sweet finish.

Bottle poured a clear, orange yellow color with a off white head. Aroma was a little astringent, pressed apple. Flavor was apple, astringent thinner notes. I like it, but alcohol aint hidden.

Bottle, thanks to Andy. Poured a real pale yellow color without a head at all. Aroma is some light pear notes, some apple-like character. Dry notes, some sweet notes.
