12/9/24 the aroma is so insane. Taste is amazing, willet then cognac in the finish. So integrated, balanced, smooth.

Oxidized at this point. Salty and dry and it is lightly sour. This is too old but still drinkable.

750 mL bottle, 267/350 sampled 7/25/15.
Bright copper-amber beer shows moderately high clarity and is topped by a small white head.
Lemon, salt and a surprising but enjoyable fruitiness coming from who knows where. Kind of like cherry pie with a touch of tartness. Malt is....caramel-like, yet not really overly sweet. Some grassiness and vanilla mix on the finish, with more salt and tartness.
Lemon, oily tea leaves, vanilla-infused salt and dry taffee stickiness. Medium to low carbonation yet, like Fantasia, what’s there is natural and tight. Very funky, with some odd petrol-ish compounds noted, but yet again, I can’t say it was unenjoyable. I really like beers like this. Who knows if the brewer even intended for it to be this wacky and surprising, but regardless, it turned out well. Could dial back the salt and focus a little more on the citrus. Glad I got to try it.

Bottle thanks to Ryan! Pours a hazy pale yellowish orange with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a strong sour lemon note with a bit of sour citrus and a light sweet wheat backbone. Flavor has a real nice sour citrus note with a bit of acid and a touch of sweet wheat towards the finish. Slight dry finish.

golden slightly hazy pour. 1 finger head that fades fast. The aroma is very salty with lime. berry, tasty with oak and sour vinegar. but it’s very nice. Incredible salt presence. delicious but almost too intense

750 ml bottle, 267/ 350 Amber gold, no head. Aroma is indeed saline solution, yeast, weak spice, herbs??

The flavor shows a good amount of salt. Is there salt in this brew? Lemons, coriander, pretty acidic notes in the finish. Mild sourness in the wheat body. Pretty decent

Bottle thanks to steasy. Pours a near clear pale yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of yogurt and earthy wheat with a light tartness and a touch of wine dryness. Flavor is much more light fruit sour forward with a touch of acid and a dry finish.
