Can from the LCBO .
Pours, a clear yellow, with a small white head. Pretty standard. Aroma is freshly cut apples, with some soft, sweet mint, and the slightest twinge of basil. The mouth feel is clean, and crisp, with a lively carb. Herbal, semi sweet apples, tart, sweet mint, and a herbal, slightly licorice, basil finish. Very refreshing, quite nice.

Can from the lcbo. Dark red pour, quickly dissipating light pink head. Aroma is very jolly rancherish.... Smells like a cherry jolly rancher with some apple skins in the background. Mouth feel and carb are what you’d expect from a cider. Finish is sweet, but not cloying, sweet cherry, subtle tart apple skin.

Clear yellow pour, quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is very sweet, mashed pears, and honey. Floral freshly cut pear with hints of mint. Nice mouth feel and carb. Finish is sweet, sweetener than I expected. Some pie crust notes come through in the end, would prefect this being a bit crisper.

Can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, with no head. Aroma is obviously very peachy, with some tart apple skins. Very lively carb, crisp, clean mouth feel. Finish is tart, and very pleasant. The peach fades and is basically just Aroma, and very little flavour. It lingers but at the end is dominated by tart, crisp apples. I really liked this.

Used to live near queen and woodbine years ago, fond memories of the 501. Clear yellow, with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is sweet apple skins and some bright fresh cut apple flesh notes. Body is good, carb is a touch over active. Finish is sweeter than i like, i prefer a dryer cider, but i know their other offering the 1904 is for that demo. This delivers on a sweeter, but still incredibly solid and well done cider.

Can from the lcbo. Very pale yellow pour, with a small super quickly dissipating head. Tart apples, some wet paper notes, a good balance between the sweet and tart. Good carb, crisp mouth feel. A solid cider.
