Can from the lcbo. Very pale yellow pour, with a small super quickly dissipating head. Tart apples, some wet paper notes, a good balance between the sweet and tart. Good carb, crisp mouth feel. A solid cider.

16oz can. Appley nose (duh), juicy really. Flavor is apple. This is super basic. Off dry finish. Not bad. Just not good.

473ml can at Phoenix Bar & Grill, Hamilton. ON, Canada. Pours blonde, transparent, with no foam. Aroma is intense of apple and peach. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet. Final is a little longer than average and still sweet.

Pint can poured into a glass at The Hearth at the Toronto Pearson airport. Clear pale yellow. Aroma is apples and medium body. Taste is nice apple. Advertised as dry, but more balanced. Easy to drink.

Can from LCBO that pours a clean, light yellow colour with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Herbal nose with the mint that reminds me of herbal teas over the mild apple base. The basil does come out a little more in the mouth and again, the apples in the mix are light. Not much sweetness, as I do not see sugars added, and the mint and basil seem to cover the apples. This is quite a different cider, but good for those how like their ciders - not sweet, and on the dry side.

Can that pours a clean red colour with a frothy-fizzy pink head that dissipates quickly and leave a few bubbles on top. Big freshly-squeezed apple for the nose. The taste showcases the fresh apples as well. The cherries are barely hints, adding a little sourness over the fruity sweetness. A nice cider that is not too sweet, but wish the cherry notes were stronger.

(473ml can from a friend) Pours clear deep gold with a small white head. Notes of fairly sweet and fruity apples, some apple skin, a little slightly bready yeast, mineral balance, light tannin and maybe a hint of Brett-like funk but it could be my mind playing tricks. Semi-dry into the finish, lingering apple character. Light to medium body with good effervescent carbonation. No real surprises here but a nicely crafted simple semi-sweet cider that has rather high drinkability.

On tap at Brickworks, pours a clear pale piss yellow, no head. Aroma reveals tons of the wild character from the kveik, some tart berries, and apple skins. Flavour reveals a sort of rotting apple character, wild yeast, tart berries, and apple skins. This didn't come together all that well. Not happy with it.
