Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Hazy, amber colour with a golden tint. Big, fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, grape, caramel malts, peach. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits. Nice, dry IPA.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber with medium off white head. Lots of sweet tropical fruits with mango, pineapple, guava. Light yeasty with medium sweet malts. Finish is flowery sweet with a lingering bitterness. Nice beer, a little bit too sweet but very enjoyable.

Bottle. Copper with creamy off white head. Brown bread, sourdough, saison yeast, rose petals, sour red berries, mold. Then some more mold, cardboard, wet dead leaves. Quite dry overall with weird sweet finish. Don't like this much.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours deep golden with a huge, dense and lively off-white head - shaving foam style. Medium body, some fruit and caramel notes, a little yeast but not so much that it spoils the fun. You can actually tast the cat pee notes in the Mosaic leaving a dry finish - if not overly bitter. 170115

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles up front. The aroma is grassy hop, citrus, pine needle. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big hoppy citrus, light toothpaste bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Pampus / Birrificio Aurelio Hop Brothers IPA ].Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, orange - citrus, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, wood, dry, pine, hoppy, fruity - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141222]

33cl Bottle from Sterk Avondverkoop. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of pine, laurel, ink, tiny bit fishy, roasted malts. Flavour is light sweet, liquorice, some laurel, pine, grapefruit, roasted malts, bitter finish, dry. Light bodied. Decent BIPA, but nothing really stands out here.

Bottle at home, black beer with no head, aroma is liquorice, some coffee. Taste is liquorice, coffee, hint of chocolate. Good one
