Pours clear gold into a snifter. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Caramel, resin and tropical fruit aromas. Medium bodied and dry with dark caramel, resin and pineapple front to back.

Bottle. Pours orange gold with white head. Nose/taste of canned pineapple, mango, dried citrus, caramel malt, passion fruit, sugared grapefruit and grass. Taste is a bit more subdued than the nose with peels and husks rather than ripe fruits, but still excellent with a touch of ripe passionfruit. Dry finish. Medium body. I’ve had three beers from this brewery and I’ve liked all three. I’ll have to try more next time I’m in the area.

Bottle with Yanick on Memorial Day. Pours yellow gold with white head. Nose/taste of citrus, peppercorn, dry pine, caramel malt, grass and touch of bubblegum. Lighter medium body. Dry finish.

Draft @ Grill Next Door. Lightly hazy gold with no head and low carbonation. Aroma is light spicy pepper, light yeast and herbal hops. The flavor has more spice then I expected. Hops are herbal and floral with a grainy body. Body is lean, borderline watery. The bitterness is abrupt and has more a spicy aspect than hop profile. Its not bad in anyway just not what I was expecting. Big herbal profile.

Pours deep gold into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Tropical fruit and resin aromas. Soft with caramel and pineapple upfront turning to dank resin in the lasting finish.

22oz bottle pours a hazy blonde with some white head. Nose has some sweetness, honey, some spice. Flavor has lots of honey, mold spice, clove. Clean finish. So so.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy, light yellow color with a wispy white head. Aroma was light yeast, sweet malts. Flavor was nice, yeast and malts. Pretty good.

22oz bottle pours a hazy orange with some creamy, white head. Nose of sugar, tropical fruit, some spice, pineapple, lemon. Flavor is the same, sweet, sugary, tropical fruit, candy, grapefruit. Sweet finish.
