Can split at L6, thanks to Leighton, 20/08/18. Black with a well presented tan cap. Nose is charr, spice, tangy dark fruit rinds, dusty hop, grains, light pine needle. Taste is remarkably thin for an 8% beer, watery, light wood, charr, grains, brown bread, creosote, pine dusting. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, thin body and dusty hops. Pretty ropey stuff and wishy washy all over.

16 oz. can. Aroma shows a good amount of caramel malt mixed with a strange fruit hints. It doesn’t really show papaya. More like Caramell sweetness mixed with a strange purée. Off yeast flavors? Overly sweet.
After several years of not trying this brewery because of quality, I decided to give them another shot. Nope!

Draft at Woodstock Inn Brewery in North Woodstock, NH. Clear amber color with a small off-white head. Great smoky flavor, but nothing else to back it up. Too bad; This had potential.
