hazy golden color. Very funky nose with hay, barnyard, cobwebs and underlying citrus character. Nice tart palate, clean modestly hoppy, excellent barnyard and yeastiness. A touch watery but excellent depth and balance. Tart finish. Fantastic.

Pitchchoune fruit saison - musty white peaches, tart nose, excellent oak character. Light, tart mouth, fruit character is a bit more subdued but still nice peaches and citrus character with pronounced fresh oak. The oak perhaps dominates a bit too much and it’s a bit too dry but still very nice beer.

Very interesting. Initial big saltiness along with the lemon. Light herbiness there in the background. Refreshing summer drink.

Nice stuff. As you’d expect though. Caramel grainy malty sweetness. Bit of lemony hops. Feels quite authentic but weirdly I think I like it better than authentic ones so maybe it isn’t.

Lovely stuff. Leathery softness, lots of oak, some red berries there too. Cuvee de ranke feel with a bit of oud bruin in there. Drying.
