Dark amber red color, caramel malty nose. Full body, rich mildly syrupy mouth with lots of caramel and a malty finish. Lacked a bit of depth, but not bad.

Surprisingly dark brown and lets no light enter or exist. The nose was light with coffee and heavier with chocolate. The mouth was excellent with some bold dark fruit flavours and coffee playing well together. The finish was dry with a good balance of coffee and some fruity hops to make this an excellent beer.

This light brown brew has a light brown thin head with apples, spice and wheat in the nose. The body has some good apple pie character with a good amount of sweet and sour attributes, while the finish is once again sour. A well balance beer that is very interesting.
