Small glass on draft at Thrash Zone. Black with light tan head. Aromas of licorice, chocolate, roast, light caramel, floral notes. Tastes of floral hops, licorice, dark chocolate, burnt roast, coffee. Medium body with a dry finish. Not big into hoppy stouts but this was solid.

Small glass on draft at Thrash Zone. Clear dark amber with thin off-white head. Aromas of light stone fruit and biscuit. Tastes of dark fruit, stone fruit, floral notes, fruit candy, biscuit. Medium body with a dry finish. Interesting.

Tap at Towers. Hazy, deep gold, lace. Nose of grass, grapefruit, detergent, gin. Flavors of sweet lemon and orange, grapes, tropical fruit, and gin. Very boozy, especially at first. Nice flavors in there but the booze was overwhelming, though it got better as it warmed. Interesting, and worth working on to refine it a bit.

Tap at Thrash. Lovely, shiny black with a fine head. Nose of coffee, orange, chocolate, roasty and hoppy. Orange citrus hop flavors blend with roasty coffee and dark chocolate. Finish is sharp, hoppy, bitter. Intense flavors. Nice hoppy sout. Solid body. Very well done.

Tap at Thrash. Grassy nose, somewhat strange minerals, almost sulfur, grapefruit. Clean golden color. Fruity and hoppy flaovr, not too sweet, good bitterness, a bit of sulfur. Crisp and refreshing hoppy golden. Like it.

Tap at Thrash. Deep orange-amber. Resiny nose, lots of pine, some butter, light caramel, nice sweetness. Great resins. A rather old school IPA, very malty, hugely bitter. Enjoyable.

Tap at Thrash. Nose of orange hops, grass, resins, caramel malt. Dep reddish brown. Malty caramel flavor, bread, very hoppy, citrus spicy in a Belgian yeast way. Good first shot at a BW, though could use a bit tightening up.

A reddish amber pour with an off-white head. a clear amber pour with a citrusy floral hop nose. The taste is pretty balanced, hoppy but with enough of a malt backbone.
