Draught at Craft Beer Market Toranomon, Tokyo. Amber colour with a white head. Nice lacing. Sweet wheat citric banana aroma. Nice weizen flavour, wheat, banana.

Draught at the brewery. Nice malt nose, some caramel, good citrus and earthy hops. Very bitter finish. Aroma is still a bit faint, though. Much improved over the earlier versions, and now solid.

Draught at the brewery restaurant. Dry peach nose, honey, citrus. Dry and chewy but a big faint. Cloudy pastel yellow with a bit of orange. Fine, low head. Bready malt flavor with peach, sweet orange, honey. Lightly tangy, with a decently dry finish and some hops. Drinkable. Not over-sweet. Good fruit beer.

Draft at JBT 3 year anniversary. Dark amber color. Caramel and grass nose. Sweet malt flavor, caramel, grass, well bitter. Nice, but not great. A hoppy American Amber, basically.

Draught at Tokyo Dome. Black with pretty tan lace. Roasty, yeasty nose, chocolate, coffee, esters, banana, spices. Quite roasty, a bit weird, but interesting. Really like halfway between a dunkel weizen and a dry stout.

Draught at the brewpub. Deep gold with a tall, fine head. Slightly cloudy Fruity Belgian yeast character in the nose, earthy and dry, spicy, citrus, mainly orange, estery, with stewed peaches. Very hoppy and bitter. Dry, a bit harsh flavor, but the fruit is big underneath. Interesting. Rich and a bit heavy, spritzy too. Not perfect—a bit too raunchy, but nice enough. Hope they refine it just a bit.
