Hell goldene, klare Farbe. Im Antrunk passiert bereits alles. Hopfig, bitter, floral, fruchtig (hier insbesondere Zitronenschale und Zitronensaft). Das ganze hält sich kurz über den Mittelteil und läuft dann flott zum Schluss aus. Mit 4,7 % vergleichsweise leicht, dadurch aber auch wirklich sehr süffig. Dem hellen Weizen aus gleiche Haus nicht ganz unähnlich (also auch fruchtig / floral). Allerdings ist die starke Note von schwarzer Johannisbeere deutlich reduzierter. Dafür spielt hier das Röstmalz deutlicher rein. Schön weich. Süffig, schmackhaft.

Fruchtig / floral aromatisch - das ist das Hauptthema dieses Bier. Ungewöhnlich ist die deutliche Noten von schwarzer Johannisbeere. Auch finden sich Spuren von Zitrone. Recht weich. Nicht uninteressant, aber auch nicht so ganz rund und etwas zu süffig (nahe an der Grenze bevor es wässrig wird).

Taste starts light to medium sweet bready and caramelly, following is faint dark fruity and grassy, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, herbal, a bit leathery and smoky with banana note. Pours cloudy golden color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy and yeasty, following is herbal and mild fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate.
