Draught at the brewpub (Sion). Lightly cloudy, deep gold to pale amber colored. AROMA- woody and fruity hops, citrusy, cherry, strawberry, apricot, malt. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, candies, fruity, malt, woody hops. Medium bodied. Interesting, somewhat rustical ale.

Draught at the brewpub, Sion. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- exotic, lime, agave? FLAVOR- sweet as soft drink, lightly bitter, citrusy, agave, malt, touch of hops. Medium bodied. Too close to radler I'm afraid.

Draught at the brewpub, Sion. Almost clear, amber colored. AROMA- roasted malts, plums, pale plums. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, plums again, cherry, cranberries... Medium bodied. Tasty.

Draught at the brewpub (Sion). Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- malty, fruity, apricot, apple, yeasty, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, malty, apple, apricot, flowery, spicy. Medium bodied. Fresh, unclean, really tasty.

Opalescent pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of a lemon radler; taste is sweetish rather than sourish, but the lemony notes can also be felt; refreshing
Unfiltered lager.dry and metallic aftertaste.tastes fresh though.
