Had at the brewpub in April 22, 2019. Dark brown colour with light copper highlights, mocha-coloured foam with a ring that stays. Coffee nose over roasted malts and fruity hints. Thankfully the honey is light in the taste with more of the fruits, hints of licorice, roasted malts and a hoppy finish. The is surprisingly quite nice ! Lots going on in here.

Enjoyed at the brewpub with friends, April 22, 2019. Very slight hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Off-white creamy ring. Apple nose with hints of maple. Oh boy, really sweet tasting of maple, but at least not too syrupy, as hops help out to cut things. Apples linger. Well-done with real maple syrup and balanced by the clean hops.

Had at the brewpub April 22, 2019 on one of my many visit there. Very slight hazed golden colour with a white cap and decent lacing. Mild hop aromas APA, but a little more on the grassy side. Decent hoppy taste with a bitter end and dryness. Grasses lingers. A good APA, on the light side, with the grassiness. Just a tad off, but not offensive.

Enjoyed at the pub April 2019. Slightly hazy, light yellow colour with a small cap, decent average lacing. Cereal smell with yeast notes giving some light sourness. Very mild malts with again yeast, light sourness. Not bad, but pretty mild and hints of sour yeast that is different.

Enjoyed at the pub in April 2019. Caramel-amber colour with an off-white head with light creamy lacing. Apple aromas with fruity notes and caramel base. Decent hops, even a little wood. Caramel and apple flavours. A nicely dry mouthfeel, and refreshing. Nicely balanced between the sweet malts, fruitiness and light hops.

Enjoyed at the brewpub. Pours a brown colour with ruby highlights, a mocha head and a nice ring. Roasted malts nose with some fruitiness, like apples. Nice toasty malts flavours with some balancing hops in the finish. Hints of fruits. A very dry mouthfeel. A nicely blended Black IPA with roasted malts, caramel and hops.

Had at the pub April 2017. Pours a copper colour with amber highlights, a beige head and creamy lacing. Dark fruits in aromas with the raisins and hints of plums. The maple is slightly in the taste, kind of lingering. Raisins are quite rich at first, with the hops adding a balance with the bitterness. Mild rum lingers as well. Dry mouthfeel with a little tartiness. A very nice brewed beer with everything well-blended.

On tap at Vermont Pub, pours a hazy dark red with a small white head. Nose is cloying, with lots of artificially sweet raspberries upfront. Flavour is monolithic on the cloyingly sweet raspberries. Not getting much depth here. It's alright.

On tap at Vermont Pub, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bubblegum, with candied sugar and loads of esters. Flavour is similar, but is at least drier, with candied sugar, tons of esters, bubblegum and alcohol. Inauthentic - the yeast isn't used appropriately.
