Bottle Lightly hazy deep caramel color wit a lasting light brown fine head. Nice aromas of apple cider, musty belgian yeastiness, a touch of alcoholand sweet caramel malts. Flavor is rich and fairly sweet. Some of the belgian twang is there but smooth and drinkable. Slightly stinging bitter aftertaste. Not bad. Tahnks to pinkzambia for sharing.

Draught. Pale yellow colour, also slightly hazy. The head is mediumsized and creamy. Fruity, hoppy and malty aroma with some hints of caramel. Same in flavour, but the fruityness is quite "acidic". Aftertaste is again smoothly fruitish malty. Carbonation bites a bit much, but otherwise a very good brew.

Bottled. Hazy dark brown, decent off-white head. Fruity aroma (banana, mango). Crisp, alcoholic in the beginning, then fruity (plums. mango). Bitterish, alcoholi also in the aftertaste. Quite sweet triple.

Bottled. Vast amounts of floaties swirl around in this hazy, dark orange beer, topped of by a lasting off-white head. Dried fruits, berries, malt, spice, caramel and some alcohol in the nose. Flavor starts fruity, followed by raisins, candisugar, caramel spice, and the expected alcohol. The alcohol gets even more pronounced in the finish, and is accomplished by spices and some hints of yeast. A nice finish on a warm summer night! (060615)

Pour is a golden with a pillowy white head. Aroma is very fruity and fresh, very nice. Flavor is both sweet and sour with notes of citrus and spice. Alcohol is there but does not overpower and some 10%ers do. Overall this is a pretty tasty brew and one to seek out.

Pours deep hazy gold into a tulip. Significant conglomerate head leaves oily lacing. Heavy yeast, caramel, and alcohol aromas. Sweet tropical fruit, graham cracker and caramel with a slightly metalic, sour lasting bitter finish.

Draught Very pale yellow, creamy white head, lace. Lemony, "dishwater nose". Lemony hoppy, citrusy, also in the aftertaste. A bit thin malty background withouth being sparse. Well hopped.

Bottle. beatiful light mahogony beer with a nice light tan head. Yeasty aroma with some banana and spice. Yeasty flavor with lots of spice, some floral notes, with some light plums and candi sugar. Alcohol is well hidden and its easy to drink.

Thanks to Degarth for this one1 This opens with a big frothy head over a medium yellow body. Aroma consists of apples, fruit and some spice. The thin, watery palate brought little of what was promised in the aroma. Very restrained level of flavor really disappointed. Light and refreshing, nothing here to offend, just not a very robust flavor for a Belgian Ale.

Fully hazy red-amber; small but persistent off-white head. The classic Andelot "wild ale" nose, little phenols, slight sourishness, a bit of rosewater - alcohol AND fusels. Heavily loaded spices, flowery notes (again rosewater), but the palate is surprisingly clean. Some fruit: ripe pears come to mind. Very smooth with a deliberate alcohol punch. Balance is still very good. Mijnheer Naudts, wil U alstublieft beginnen met die dingen hier ook te verkopen? Ja? Big thanks to Proef’s WA importer for the tasting.
