Sampled at THT June tasting. Dark brown with a thin espresso head. Tons of coffee in the taste, coffee liquor, roadted malts. Medium body with low carbonation and a coffee roasty aftertaste.

Draft. Wood, Brett, toffeel malt, and hay aroma. Amber with moderate head. Lightly sweet lemon, toffee malt and mildly bitter dry grass flavor. Moderately funky Brett finish. Very good.

Draft. Raisin, raspberry, chocolate malt, and dry hay aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Moderate sweet-tart raspberry/cherry, chocolate caramel malt and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Pleasant.

Bottle. Deep brown body with a short, fizzy tan head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of cherry, raisin, honey. The flavor is heavily sweet and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly acidic. Medium body, velvety texture, soft carbonation. Taste of plum, raisin, overripe cherry, fermented fruit, light barnyard, alcohol.

can. tasty and unique stout. A little weak for my tastes, but had great body and mouth. Hearty stout!

Can: Cloudy, medium brown with a small, off-white head. Aroma is piney......caramel malt. Taste is leafy, tea-like, caramel malt, orange-peel. A bit of spice and a lasting leafy bitter. Pretty solid.

Can: Slightly hazy yellow/amber with a small head. Lemon, a bit of furniture polish in the aroma. Lemon, yeast, and a substantial grassy bitter taste. Pretty pleasant.

Can. Licorice, wood, and chocolate malt aroma. Black with small tan head. Dry astringent wood and lightly sweet chocolate malt flavor. Body a bit light. Very dry especially for an oatmeal stout.
