Can shared, light golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, grain, light citrus, some fruit. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, floral and citrussy hops, nice one

Interesting. Strong and a little fruity but not so hoppy.

Blue cheese and marker pen elements. Nice for the strength. Chocolate and caramel sweetness too. Like it!

Nice stuff! Nutty, caramel, easy going. Bit of fruitiness. Like it quite a lot! Light bitterness. Quite dry. Good stuff!

Quite malty. But Nice enough. Wheaty too. Not sure it feels like a kolsch but quite fun.

Tap at Hibiya Fest. Chocolate, malty, light roast, bit of sweetness, cocoa, light bitterness. Surprisingly good stuff or maybe it was the previous beers that made it feel like that.

Onuma IPA 8% / 55 IBU, at a food fair in Fukuoka, from the brewery stand on tap. Hazy amber color, delicious moderately balanced (slight skew to bitterness) IPA with a caramel background flavor. Smooth bitterness with the traditional (older style) American IPA citrus aroma. Great with raw beef and uni sushi. Seems to have been better fresh on draft than most of these can reviews.

I actually think that the correct name for this is "Single Saison", could not find anything online about "Simple Session Saison" - and it does feel as the same beer. Pours clear golden, probably not exactly how a saison should look like - but I am not that concerned. Sour notes in the nose, together with malty and yeast spice aromas. tastes actually pretty sour and yeasty. More like a hefeweizen? In mid-taste hops kick in and bitterness lasts for pretty long, lingering and dry bitterness in the aftertaste. For me this beer feels more like a hoppy hefeweizen, not so much as a saison. Overall, interesting attempt with hops and at the end not really bad (but also not really great).

Pours hazy and brownish, slight film of foam. Aroma has some grassy hops, grass that has not been yet cut and is still growing. Winter apples. Subtle sweet undertone hints a malty base. Some sourness? Taste has some numb bitterness, mainly you feel malts but as the balance is not the greatest, everything feels sort of all over the place. Aftertaste turns sweeter and some fruits come out, finally. Sweet gummy bears. Total fail as an IPA, otherwise still meh.

Pours a bit hazy, brown and with a thin white film. Light caramel and some grass in the aroma. Flavour is slightly sour, malty background is strong but I am somewhat disturbed with that sourness. Not the greatest balance with hops, feels messy, . Finish is dry and malty, not bad but could probably have a bit more depth.
