8.3%... great color and body, deep charcoal roast with balanced bitterness. Lots packed into this for the abv. Their best beer. Bier konig ams

A light crisp balanced classic stout. But very good in style. Crisp and clean. Well done. Asperiis ams

The body is great. The malt-hop balance is perfect. It is just a hair muddy and slightly dank from perhaps older hops. Asperius ams

Clean beer underneath. Super fruity yeast contribution. But the unfiltered gives a nice chewy body. Asperius ams

33cl fles van De Bierkoning. Extreem veel schuim. Ruikt bloemig, fris, iets van gist, citrus, smaak volgt, bittere finish. Lichte tot medium body.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey, pale golden colour with slightly importunate, huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly waxy, fruity and minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, hints of nectarine, orange peel. Taste is bitter, chalky, slightly fruity, minimally waxy hoppy, hints of nectarine, orange peel, minimally sweet, caramel malty basis. Watery texture, waxy palate, lively carbonation. Overcarbonated, waxy, chalky, disharmonious - quite bad.

Bottle. Deep golden color, hints of butter and flowers in the aroma and flavor. Bready, sweetish. Surprisingly little hops, it Tastes more like a Bavarian Maerzen.
