Black color with medium sized compact head. It has a nice perfume initially, hints of chocolate and smoke, black pepper; then some acidity. Smooth mouthfeel, nice roasted malt flavor, good dark chocolate, quite dry, with notes of wood oven baked bread; correct bitterness.
Balanced; very well brewed.

Wonderful dark beer, mainly like a Belgian abbey ale, with some roasted malt notes like an English stout, and later of liquorice.

Amber coloured. Very acidic - yes, this is indeed like a Cantillon, some hard-to define fruity/spicy flavours. No bitterness. A highly original beer.

Black w/light brown head; acidity and coffee on the nose; palate is quite sour, which overwhelms the sweet, softly roasted malt underneath. Disappointment from an otherwise fine brewery.

Blonde with a slight haze. Footy yeast and very herbal aroma. Very sagey on the palate. Spritzy, with light pale malt notes. Some herbal bitterness and light wheat notes in the finish.
