Ljust kopparfärgad klar vätska med småbubbligt och kaffegräddfärgat skumlock. Fruktig och lätt brödig i aromen med antydan av gräs. Markerad maltighet utan kladd i kropen. Ren och lätt fruktig beska med en något kärv träig ton, som balanserar sötman mästerligt. Fyllig och eldig eftersmak.

In my point of view, it is anverage pils, yellow and clear body, white foam, average carbonation, well balanced with the hop and bitterness, drinking it a long time ago at Munich and Nüremberg.

It is a normal hefe-weiss, free of alcool, wheat, malt, a bit harsh and mineral at the mouth, some hop, not so fruity due to the style, 18.06.18, Parc Milan, Lausanne.

Can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw with a bit of hay and a touch of earthy grass underlying. Flavor has lots of straw and grains with a bit of hay and a light earthiness in the finish.
